Safety
Safety is a number one priority at Bill Baltrusch Construction, Inc., Havre Ready Mix, Inc., and Havre Sand & Gravel, Inc. We strive to provide a safe and healthy workplace for our employees. We have a comprehensive safety training program in place and our safety record reflects this effort.
With this program in place, we are continuously working on improving communication on safety throughout each day. Follow up corrective measures through our accident and injury system helps reduce accidents and improve our safety.
Community
At Bill Baltrusch Construction, Inc., Havre Ready Mix, Inc. and Havre Sand & Gravel, Inc., we take pride in the communities in which we work and live. We believe in giving back to the community. We have been a strong supporter of the Hi-Line school programs, local law enforcement events and several church organizations. Bill Baltrusch Construction, Inc. also is a supporter of the youth rodeo events, community parks and softball events and local annual events held throughout the year.
At Havre Sand & Gravel we provide sand and gravel at no charge for those who wish to load themselves by hand. This is minimal load quantity.
