Charlie Otto started working at Bill Baltrusch Construction Inc. in the spring of 2000. Over the years, he has worked as a laborer, mechanic, heavy equipment operator, wash plant operator, and hot plant operator. Charlie received his crane license in March 2010 and resultantly helped expand Baltrusch’s crane division. Currently, Charlie is the General Manager and oversees daily operations of Bill Baltrusch Construction, Havre Ready Mix and Havre Sand and Gravel.
Charlie looks forward to serving Havre and the surrounding communities for years to come.
